Our Mission
The mission of Adelante Mujer, Inc. is to sponsor and promote programs dedicated to the inclusion of Latina students in pursuit of higher education, professional career growth, and cultural leadership.
Check out this years LaTEENa Summer Leadership Program. We had amazing speakers who shared their knowledge with our youth about Academic achievement, leadership, generational wealth, and cultural heritage. We also had the opportunity to extend workshops to our parents about financial aid, generational wealth, and networking.

The LaTEENa Summer Leadership Program
The LaTEENa Summer Leadership Program is an opportunity for Middle School Latina students (rising 7th to 9th graders) to develop their skills further as they engage in sessions that support their Academics, Personal Development, Health, and Wellness, as well as their cultural leadership, Identity, and Self-Image.

LaTEENa Conference
The LaTEENa Conference is an annual event held at Regis University. It is exclusively for Latina high school students who want to successfully complete high school and pursue a post-secondary opportunity.
Students will have the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops and presentations. These sessions will focus on critical skills and cover a wide range of topics, including Lifeskills, Personal Development, College Prep, Self-Awareness and Image, Survival Skills, Employment, Preparation, Healthy Lifestyle Choices, and the Value of Education. Each of these topics is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for their future success.
Students will enhance their communication skills, meet successful Latina role models, have fun, meet new friends, and explore their future potential.
