We are an all-volunteer, multigenerational Latina board dedicated to empowering young Latinas. The mission of Adelante Mujer, Inc. is to sponsor and promote programs dedicated to the inclusion of Latina students in pursuit of higher education, professional career growth, and cultural leadership.

We are actively seeking individuals who are passionate about moving our mission forward and willing to invest their time, treasure, and talent. This is a working board; we expect all members to engage in programming and fundraising efforts. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, contribute your expertise, and make a tangible impact, we would love to have you join us.
